We started class by continuing our read aloud book Flipped. We continue the chapter written from Julianna's perspective. We had a great discussion about how Bryce's feelings about Julianna were starting to change and how that could have something to do with the title....
Yesterday in class we introduced the reading series that models ways to use good reading strategies and students worked with partners. Today we continued with this series but students chose a story out of one of three books and worked through the story individually.
The homework was to complete the worksheet that went along with the reading. If you did not get this done during class or during team study we will give you a few minutes on Monday to finish up since you can't take the books home and you need them to finish the worksheet.
